The Active Call Graphs feature allows you to view the Call Statistic Report for the day's campaign calls.
To access this feature:
In the LiveVox portal Monitor tab, navigate to the Campaign Control widget in the Service Page and click the Today's Call Graph button.
A Call Statistic Report appears in the Service Page for all campaign files. Scroll to view all data points.
