Create a New Account Record

You can create new accounts through Ticketing. Navigate to Config > Ticketing > Tickets > Accounts tab to create a new account:

  1. Click New at the top left of the screen. New Account window appears.
  2. Fill in the necessary information.
  3. Click Save.

Delete an Account Record

You can delete one record at a time. To delete an account.

  1. Double-click a selected account to open the record.
  2. Select More button at the top right corner.
  3. Select Delete.
