The Title Bar widget gives the agent ability to upload their own avatar and view the custom logo. Select Title Bar from the available widgets section and click Add. You will be presented with Add - Title Bar screen.
Window Title - Enter the widget name.
- Enabled - Click the checkbox to enable the widget on extended panel of Agent Desktop.
- Agent Avatar Enabled - Select to enable the agent avatar on the agent desktop.
- Client Logo Enabled - Select to enable your custom logo on the agent desktop.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Click Cancel to discard the changes.
- Click Save Agent Desktop button from the bottom of the screen to save all the changes.
