.Accessing a Designer Desktop vU17

You can access a Designer Desktop through the Agent Desktop window. 

To access a Designer Desktop:

1. On the Configure tab of the LiveVox Portal (LVP), click Agents > Agent Desktop.
   The Agent Desktop window appears.
   
   
2. In the Desktops field, select the Agent Desktop containing the Designer Desktop you want to access.
3. If the Designer tab does not appear, select the Agent Panel + Designer option.
4. On the Designer tab, in the Designer Desktop field, select the Designer Desktop, and then click the Open Designer in new tab .
   The Designer browser tab appears displaying the Designer window. The selected Designer Desktop appears on the Design subtab of the Desktops tab.
