Working with Campaigns

Prerequisites

Before you create and run campaigns, you must configure the following components in LVP:

  • Configure the required Services for each call center
  • Assign the correct permissions to administrators and managers 
  • Ensure that compliance tools such as Do Not Contact (DNC) lists are in place
  • Create profiles for compliant contact policies
  • Create contact (dial) strategies
  • Create Transaction input filters to process campaign file uploads correctly
