Dialing strategies allow you to define the order in which LVP dials phone numbers within a campaign file. You can use one of the standard strategies pre-built on LVP, or you can create one of your own. By default, the Dialing Strategy selected for Campaigns is Standard and is defined as dialing sequentially each phone (Phone 1, Phone 2, Phone 3, and so on).
Sysadmins, Superusers, and Managers (with restrictions) have the ability to define which strategies can be applied to certain services from the Strategies editor. For more information on the user roles and permissions see section on User Roles. |
Navigate to the Strategies editor by selecting the Configure > Dialing Config > Strategy from the Navigation Panel.
From the Strategy editor you can configure multiple options for different call strategies and outcomes.
