The Data subtab contains the following options:

• Add Data: Enables you to define a new variable to be used within the script.
• Import ScreenPop: Enables you to import variables that are linked to the service associated with the script. The data elements that are passed to the desktop from the service are defined in the LiveVox platform as screen pop variables. You can import these variables into the script without having to create them manually.
• Contact Search Mapping: Enables you to define how the data retrieved from a contact search is mapped to the data elements in a script.
