The Keyword Usage report contains statistics about keyword usage by both agents and customers during the current week. The dashboard also displays the UUIDs of all keywords.
To access the Keyword Usage report, on the WFO tab, click SpeechIQ > Reporting > Keyword Usage.

The following table describes the statistics displayed in the report.
Statistic | Description |
---|---|
Keyword List | Click on the keyword list name to view all the keywords configured for the list. |
Date columns | The date columns display the statistics for each day of the week. |
Chart view | Click the chart icon ( You can click on the keywords at the top of the chart to remove or add them in the chart. |
You can click on the highlighted values or keywords in the table to view detailed data, such as the individual keywords and phrases added to the list and the trending keywords and phrases. |
