You can set up email and real-time browser alerts to be generated for a bot whenever any of the following events occur:

• Bot Launch: A bot is launched.
• Bot Engagement: A customer interacts with a bot.

• Goal Completion: A customer responds to that node in the bot that is set as a bot goal.

Alerts for a bot can be set up through the following modes:

• Basic: Used to set up only email alerts when a bot goal is completed.
• Advanced: Used to set up email and real-time browser alerts (push notifications) when a bot is launched, a bot is engaged, or a bot goal is completed.
