To view the version history of a bot:
Click the value in the Last edited or Last published field.
The Version history section displaying all versions of the bot appears.

The bot engagement report contains the interaction statistics for each version of the bot. You can use the data in the report to see how engagement trends have changed throughout each version of the bot.
To generate the engagement report of a bot:
Click the value in the Last edited or Last published field.
The Version history section appears.
Click Export.
The Export data window displaying your email address appears.
You can add the email addresses of the users with whom you want to share the report. |
The following table describes the columns that appear in the downloaded bot engagement report for a version.

Unique Users | Number of unique customers who viewed the bot.

Engaged Users | Number of customers who interacted with the bot.
