To modify your LiveVox Bot account:

1. In the left pane, hover over Account Settings, and then click General.
   The Settings window displaying the General tab appears.
2. In the Company Details section, modify the values in the following fields:
   • Company name: Name for the account.

   • Website: Website for the account.
     

     You can add an icon to represent the account by clicking the Company icon button.

     
     

3. Click Save.
   Your changes to the account are saved.
