Navigate to the Phrases editor by selecting Configure > Messaging > Phrases from the Navigation Panel.

The Phrases editor main screen offers the following buttons:

Generate TTS File – Generates a TTS (text-to-speech) sound file.
Upload Sound File – Uploads the selected sound file.
Add Phrase(s) – Adds a new phrase to the selected library.
Delete Phrase(s) – Deletes the selected phrase.
