Navigate to Configure > Messaging and click Phrases to open the Phrases editor.

The Phrases editor main screen offers the following buttons:

Generate TTS File – Generates a text-to-speech (TTS) sound file.
Upload Sound File – Uploads the selected sound file.
Add Phrase(s) – Adds a new phrase to the selected library.
Delete Phrase(s) – Deletes the selected phrase.
