The Change History tab of Client editor displays all recent adjustments in the Client editor.

The following fields are displayed under the Change History tab:

Changed By - Displays the last resource that made changes to Client editor.
Changed On - Displays the date and time when the changes were made.
Short Description - Displays the brief description of the changes made.
