The Change History tab displays the recent changes made to the parameters in the Client editor. 

The following fields are displayed under the Change History tab:

• Changed By: Displays the last resource that made changes to the Client editor.
• Changed On: Displays the date and time when the changes were made.
• Short Description: Displays a brief description of the changes made.
