The User Tasks option allows you to view the details and status of your DNC upload tasks in queue. You can start the DNC uploads and view the success or failure status of these uploads. To view the status of the uploads:
- Select User Tasks from the user drop down menu in the upper right hand corner. The number next to the user tasks option indicates the number of processing files.
- Once selected, the User Tasks screen is displayed with the following details:
- Operation - Details of the editor and the operation performed.
- Status - Indicates the status of the operation whether the upload is In Progress, Complete or Failed.
- Description - Detailed status of upload operation.
- Start Time - Date and Time of the file upload.
- End Time - Date and time the upload process was complete.
- Started By - User who uploaded the file.
- If the number of invalid records reaches 25, the entire upload fails and no records will be added to the DNC.
- If a record is invalid, it is noted in the description and all valid records are uploaded successfully.

- Click the Refresh button to manually refresh the status of the tasks.
