Adding a New encrypted Field

To add a new encrypted field.

  1. Select Contact from the Entity drop-down option.
  2. Click Encrypted Fields tab and then click Add Encrypted Field. An Add Encrypted Columns screen appears.
  3. Edit the Label as required.
  4. Click (…) next to the Encrypted Field Permission and edit the permissions as required.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Click Save.

A new encrypted field is added.

Editing Encrypted Columns

  1. Double-click the encrypted field you would like to edit. The Edit Encrypted Columns screen appears.
  2. Edit the Label and Encrypted Field Permission as required and then click Ok.
  3. Click Save.

The encrypted field is updated with the new changes.
