Navigate to the DNC editor by selecting Configure > Contacts > DNC from the Navigation Panel.

The DNC editor main screen offers the following fields, tabs, and buttons:

Fields
- Contact Group – Select All or specific contact group from drop down to view or search the DNC.
- Search – Enter the entire or a partial phone number for search. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - Searching DNC Entries section.
Tabs
- Phone Numbers - Displays a DNC list for the phone numbers. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - Phone Number Tab section.
- SMS - Displays the SMS suppression list for the phone numbers. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - SMS Tab section.
- E-Mail - Displays the E-Mail suppression list for the email ID. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - E-mail Tab section.
- Jobs - Allows you to configure Email, SMS, and Voice DNC FTP jobs. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - Jobs Tab section.
Buttons
- Add DNC – Creates a DNC entry. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - Individual DNC Entries section.
- Delete DNC – Deletes the selected DNC entry. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - Deleting Entries section.
- Upload DNC File – Uploads a DNC list of entries from a file. For detailed information, see Dial-Time Phone DNC - File Upload section.

Contact Groups are assigned at the service level (Configure > Services > Settings > DNC Contact Group).
By default, the Days of Contact Retention is set to 90 days since the last load date. Please consider sending updated file within the set retention time frame before the contact records are purged.
