To copy the existing termination codes:

1. Select the Call Center and Service to which you copy the termination codes. Unattended or Message Only services do not need termination codes. 

   Termination codes can only be copied into a Service with no assigned termination codes. To remove the currently assigned codes from a service, press and hold the Shift key to multi-select all the codes, click Remove, and then click Save. Now you can copy the termination codes from another service.

   
   

2. Click Copy from Service.
   
   
   
3. Select the service from which you copy the termination code, from the Copy Termination Code from pop-up window, and click Copy.
   

The copied termination codes are migrated into the destination Call Center and Service.
