Supported Browsers

You can access the LiveVox Portal (LVP) using the latest version of any of the following browsers:

• Firefox (latest version)
• Google Chrome (latest version)
• Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge (latest version)
• Safari 9+

Permitted Websites

As part of the network requirement, you must permit traffic to and from the following websites:

• *.livevox.com
• googleapis.com (to download stylesheets on LVP)
• *pendo.io (to share usage statistics with LiveVox and display notifications on LVP)
• fonts-gstatic.com
