Depending on the security settings, your password may expire on your first login, after a certain number of days, or when changed by your manager. When your password expires, you are prompted to change your password.

Depending on the password strength set on the Security tab of the Client window, the password must be a minimum of eight characters (for a medium or strong password) or twelve characters (for a very strong password); must contain at least one letter and one digit; and must not match any of your last four passwords. If the password strength is set as strong or very strong, the password must also contain a special character.
When Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled, you do not have the option to add or change the password for a user or agent. |
To change your password:
Click Change Password.
The Change Password window appears.
Provide the previous password, specify the new password, confirm the new password, and click Save.
