The Reporting Outcomes Mapper allows you to map, manage, and modify the desired result code associated with dialing outcomes formatted to their specific reporting. Basically this takes the default LV result and lets you assign a code your system of record will understand. A few points:

  • Outcomes can be assigned site-wide by leaving as 'All' or at the individual service by selecting from the Service drop down.    
  • Custom Outcome 1 vs 2 vs 3 let you have 3 separate outcomes per Result. Which outcome you display on CDRs depends on your selection of Custom_Code 1 vs 2 vs 3 in the Report Writer. 
  • A LV result not shown on your list will use the default LiveVox code.


If you create a new agent termination code (or find an unrecognized automated LV Result) and need to map your system outcomes to reflect the new LV Result, this is the process you will follow.

  1. Selec Add button
  2. Track down the name of the LV result you assigned to the term code from the Result drop down.
  3. Assign your custom outcome to whichever code location your CDR will pull. Consult your specific CDR from the Report Writer to research this.
  4. Select OK then Save to enact the change or Cancel to cancel the changes you made.

The configured outcome will get deleted once you click Delete. There is no option to restore the deleted items.

Easily update one of your existing Results by double-clicking on the Results column, modify the Custom Outcomes you wish to change, then select Ok and Save or Cancel to ignore the changes.

If adding a service or wanting to copy all your custom results from one service to another, follow these steps. Existing Results will not be impacted by the copied Results.

  1. Navigate to the service you will copy from using the Service drop down.
  2. Select Copy button.
  3. Choose the target where you want the settings copied.
  4. Select OK and Save to enact the change or Cancel to cancel the changes.
