Introduction

­This document provides basic information and guidelines for supervisors and managers using the Real-Time Wallboard. For additional help, access your LiveVox Portal or contact your Account Team.

Getting Started

Before you begin, ensure that you have the following information:

  • Web address for your portal
  • Your logon ID and password

To get started:

  1. On your browser, in the address bar, specify the wallboard link provided by LiveVox (similar to https://client.livevox.com/qcsportal).
    The Sign in window appears.
  2. Specify your user name and password, and then click Sign in.

Each panel display can be selected and dragged into a different configuration to change the order and layout of the real time reports.  You can also select to change the number of panels in a column for upper, middle and lower areas.  When you choose new Dashboard you can select from Personal, Shared and LiveVox.  These dashboard types represent dashboards you only have access too (Personal), dashboards everyone can see (Shared) or system defined ones you can run or make a copy.  One advantage of the LiveVox dashboards is you can copy the dashboard and then modify it to make it your own.  This way you start out with a wide selection and then reduce to just the stats, services, call centers you are concerned with. 

Select         in the upper right at any time to see who is logged in or log out or check the version of dashboard running.

Select          to hide the upper frame with the LiveVox logo and Dashboard tab.
