- Default Dialing Profile includes the following:
- Default dialing hours window: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Nevada: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Pennsylvania: Sundays: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Saturday and weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Please note that new custom Dialing Profiles created and applied will only inherit the default dialing hours window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. State exclusions for NV and PA are not included in custom Dialing Profiles.
Site-specific compliance rules are not checked when scheduling callbacks, but are enforced when the callback launches. An error message will appear to the agent at the time of the attempted dial if outside of compliance. When attempting callbacks for the current day, the voice portal will check for the allowed dialing hours and return a scheduling error if it falls outside this window.
