The default dialing profile includes the following:
- Default dialing-hour window: 08:00-21:00
- Nevada: 09:00-20:00
- Pennsylvania: Weekdays and Saturdays: 09:00-21:00; Sundays: 13:30-21:00
- Any new custom dialing profiles that are created and applied will inherit only the default dialing-hour window: 08:00-21:00. State exclusions for Nevada and Pennsylvania are not included in custom dialing profiles.
- Site-specific compliance rules are not checked when scheduling a callback. The rules are, however, enforced when a callback launches. An error message is displayed to the agent at the time of the attempted dialing if the time is outside the dialing window based on compliance. When attempting a callback for the current day, the LiveVox Portal checks the allowed dialing hours and returns a scheduling error if the time of contact is not within the allowed window.
