You can create a contact, view or modify information about a contact, and associate contacts with accounts and tickets using the Contact tab in the Ticketing window.

To create a contact using the Ticketing window:

  1. On the Configure tab of the LiveVox Portal (LVP), click Ticketing > Tickets.
    A window appears, displaying the Accounts, Contacts, and Tickets tabs.
  2. On the Contacts tab, click NewAlternatively, on the Contacts menu, you can click New Contact.
    The New Contact window appears.
  3. Specify values in the fields.

  4. Click Save.
    The contact is created, and its information appears on the Contacts tab.

  • To create another contact, click New.
  • To create an account, ticket, task, or note for the contact, on the New menu, click the corresponding option.
  • To link the contact with an existing account or ticket, on the Link menu, click the corresponding option.
  • To delete the contact, on the More menu, click Delete.
  • To view the list of contacts, click the Close icon Close icon.
