An arbitrator is a user who is responsible for reviewing disputed evaluations. You can assign Arbitrators in the Arbitrators Config window.
You must assign the arbitrators first in Arbitrators Config editor of Speech IQ to make the list of arbitrators available for use when designing scorecards.
To assign an arbitrator:
- On the WFO tab, go to Speech IQ > Configuration > Arbitrators. The Arbitrators Config window appears.
- Select any arbitrator(s) from the Available list of arbitrators.
- Click on the right single arrow (move selected) to move them to the Selected column.
- You can remove an arbitrator from the Selected list by selecting the arbitrator and moving them to the Available column using the left arrow.
- You can undo the action by clicking the undo arrow.
