Result Codes are codes specified for different outcomes (Results) of each inbound or outbound call and these codes are captured in the Call Detail Records (CDRs). LiveVox provides a list of default Results along with Result Codes for various Services. You can also customize how these Result Codes are captured in the CDRs. This process of associating Results to Custom Outcomes is called Reporting Outcomes Mapping.
The Reporting Outcomes page allows you to add custom outcomes for the Result Codes which are captured in the CDRs. To access the Reporting Outcomes page, navigate to Configure > Input / Output > Reporting Outcomes.
The Reporting Outcomes page lists the Results along with Result Code and Custom Outcomes for a Service. Select the Service from the drop-down menu to access the Results mapped to that particular service. Selecting All from the Service drop-down lists the Results mapped to all the services.
