On the LiveVox Portal (LVP), you can view your company information and logo, username and support links, a left navigation pane, and the main window displaying the subsection selected on the left pane. 

The sections displayed within the main window can be customized through the GUI Settings window. For more information, see Customizing and Resetting GUI Settings.

LVP contains the following tabs:

  • Configure: This tab enables you to deploy various functions, such as uploading and running campaigns or updating the configuration settings, through a series of tools. 
  • Monitor: This tab enables you to view and supervise all current and daily activities on call centers, service groups, and agents. 
  • Review: This tab enables you to access reports available for various operations.
  • WFO: This tab appears if the Assessor or Screen Recording feature is enabled for you. The tab enables you to view Assessor, Screen Recording Report, or Call Recording Report depending on the configuration of your site. These options are used for monitoring quality control, researching customer complaints, or assisting in agent training. 

    Contact your Account team to enable either feature.
