This feature enables multi-level sorting of the Agents widget (Agents Grid). You can sort any of the columns on the Agents widget (tabular view) of the voice monitor dashboard in ascending or descending order.
To sort the columns on the Agents widget:
- In the tabular view of the Agents widget, click the gear icon.
The Customize Agent Grid window appears. - Click the Sort Columns tab.
For the required fields, in the Sort Order column, select the required option (Asc for ascending or Desc for descending), and then, in the corresponding Select All column, select the checkbox.
When selecting multiple fields to sort by, the priority depends on the order of the fields. You can modify the priority by clicking the Move Up or Move Down button. For example, if the fields Service Name, Logon ID, and Name are selected in the specified order, the table on the Agents widget is sorted by Service Name, Logon ID, and Name, respectively.
- Click Ok.
