This feature enables multi-level sorting of the Agents (Agent Grid) panel. You can sort any of the columns in the panel in ascending or descending order.
You can sort the Agents panel columns only from tabular view.
- To access this feature select the configuration option (cog icon) for the Agent panel and select the Sort Columns tab:
- You can sort based on any of the available fields by first selecting the Sort Order (ascending or descending) and then selecting the corresponding radio button under Select All.
- When selecting multiple fields to sort by, the priority will depend on the order of the fields. The priority can be modified by moving them up or down. For example, if the following fields are selected in order: Service Name, Logon ID, Name, then the Agent panel will be sorted by Service Name, Logon ID, and Name respectively.
- Once you have selected a sorting option select OK to see the sorted Agent panel.
