The following real-time charts are available on the Agent Queue Graphs widget in the respective tabs on the Agent Queue page:
- Live Connects: Displays the number of calls handled by agents versus the time in increments of five minutes for the last half hour.
- Agent Averages: Displays the average time spent by an agent in a specific state in increments of five minutes for the last half hour. Each state is represented by a unique color:
- Not Ready: Red
- In Call: Green
- Wrap up: Yellow
- Ready: Blue
