The Screen tab enables you to configure the display of tickets for a ticket type. It contains the following subtabs:
- Ticket Highlight: To configure the fields that you want to appear at the top of the ticket window for a given ticket type
- Ticket Detail: To configure the fields that you want to appear in the Info section of the ticket window for a given ticket type
To configure the fields that you want to be highlighted and the fields that you want to appear in the detail section in a ticket window:
- On the Configure tab of the LiveVox Portal, click Ticketing > Tickets Config.
The Ticketing Config window appears. - Click the Screen tab.
- In the Ticket Highlight section, in the Ticket Types subsection, select the ticket type for which you want to specify the highlighted fields.
In the Available subsection, select the fields, and then click .
The fields appear in the Selected table.- To revert the changes, click or Refresh.
- To move a field from the Selected subsection to the Available subsection, select the field in the Selected subsection, and then click .
- To delete a ticket type, in the Ticket Types subsection, click next to the ticket type, and then, click Yes in the Confirm window.
If required, modify the values in the following columns.
Column Description P Each row in this column indicates the position of the field in the ticket window.
Use the drag-and-drop operation in the table to modify the position of a field.
Name Modify the name of the field. Type Modify the type of the field.
Column Modify the column in which you want the field to appear in the ticket window. To preview the ticket window, in the Preview subsection, click .
- Click the Ticket Detail tab.
- In the Ticket Types subsection, select the ticket type for which you want to specify the detail fields.
In the Available subsection, select the fields, and then click .
The fields appear in the Selected table.- To revert the changes, click or Refresh.
- To move a field from the Selected subsection to the Available subsection, select the field in the Selected subsection, and then click .
- To delete a ticket type, in the Ticket Types subsection, click next to the ticket type, and then, on the Confirm window that appears, click Yes.
If required, modify the values in the following columns.

Column Modify the column in which you want the field to appear in the ticket window. Editable Select the checkbox if you want the value in the field to be editable. Otherwise, clear the checkbox. To preview the ticket window, in the Preview subsection, click .
Click Save.
The screen configuration is saved.
