The Properties tab enables you to configure the selected component of a page.
The options that are available on the Properties tab depend on the component selected:
- Content
- Title: Enables to specify the name of the component.
- Styles
- Header Position: Enables you to select an option in the Header Position drop-down list. Depending on the selected option, the component heading is displayed on the agent desktop panel.
- Theme: Enables you to select the color of the title bar.
- Screen Configuration: Enables you to configure the screen display on the agent desktop panel.
- Panel
- Header: Enables you to display the header bar on the agent desktop panel.
- Border: Enables you to display the borders in the component on the agent desktop panel.
- Options: Enables you to configure additional functionalities for agents.
