To upload a campaign via the Contacts manager click the Make a Campaign button at the bottom, right-hand corner of the Contacts manager.
This will open the Create Campaign screen which is similar to uploading a campaign from the Uploading a Campaign and Assigning Dial Characteristics section. You can select the service and campaign level attributes from the Basic tab.
Enable the segmentation, scheduling and append settings from the Advanced tab.The Segmentation Template displays the templates created with source as Contact in Segmentation editor, once enabled. You can utilize these templates to upload the campaigns out of Contacts manager.

Select Exclude Parent Segmentation to exclude the parent campaign so that leftover accounts are not accidentally attempted.
Contacts manager also provides you the ability to create email based campaigns and upload them via the Campaign editor, if configured.
Enabling Email must be requested through your Account Manager/Account Executive and comes with additional cost.
Email Campaign:
To create email campaign via the Contacts manager, select the Campaign Type as email from the available drop down while making a campaign.
Define the campaign name in the Campaign Name field.
Select a service from the Service drop down menu or click the magnifying glass icon to bring up the Select service screen.
In the Select service screen you can search for services by Service Name, Call Center, Service Type, and Preview from their respective drop down menus.
Select the sender address from the From drop down menu.
Select email message from the Email Message drop down menu.

After selecting campaign attributes, select Create to make a new campaign file. This option will create a campaign file based on the search criteria selected in the Search field above. The new campaign will be available in Campaign manager screen.
