- To make the DNC entry service-specific, you need to filter by service or multiple services first.
Click Add DNC, type your entry and Save.
Service-based DNC is enabled by default for daily DNC entries. You need to request this option to be enabled for other DNC categories.
An individual entry will appear for each specific service.
