All attempts for the past 31 days to a specific phone number on the currently selected service can be viewed via the Contact Lookup button.
- Click on Contact Lookup.
- Enter the 10 digit phone number (no spaces, no special characters) to be searched and click Submit.
- All attempts for the past 31 days will be displayed on the screen (below). This will include Call Center, Service, Name, Account, Agent, Date, Start/End Times, Campaign and Outcome. Summary can be exported to PDF or Excel format.
