Enables you to configure the SMS message by retrieving the message from the http module, where it communicates through web services to return the required text.

Message Properties

Definition

SMS message
The plain text content of the SMS message.

Examples:

  • Hello from Company X. This is a reminder that your payment is due. To avoid interruption, please log in to companyx.com. Text STOP or HELP if needed.
  • Hello from Company X. Your payment is due and your service is subject to interruption. To make your payment, log in to companyx.com. Text STOP to unsubscribe.
  • Hello from Company X. Your payment is due and your account is subject to immediate interruption. To make your payment, call 888-477-3448. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
SMS short codeThe SMS number from which the client wants the SMS message to be sent. Double-click this field to select the IB SMS Code from the dropdown menu. 

Advanced Properties

Display NameDefinition
SMS phone position Position of the phone number to be used for SMS.
SMS service id The serviceID that SMS requests are reported to.
