.Creating a New Agent Phonebook vU11

To create a new agent phonebook:

1. To create a new agent phonebook, click on the Create Agent Phonebook button from the Agent Phonebook editor as shown below.
   
2. Enter the name in the Name field for the new agent phonebook.
3. Click OK.
4. The "Agent Phonebook Saved" message will appear and the agent phonebook will be created.

You can also copy an existing phonebook and update the entries accordingly. To copy the agent phonebook, see the Copying Agent Phonebook section.

To add entries to the created agent phonebook, see the General Tab section.
