The Agent Team editor allows you to map teams by agent and services.
Use the Agent Mapping tab to map by agents.
- Select one or multiple agents from the Available Agent(s) column.
- Click the single right arrow button to move the selected agents to the Assigned Agent(s) column. Click the double right arrow button to move all the available agents to the Assigned Agent(s) column.
Select OK then Save if mapping by agent.
Use the Service Mapping tab to map by services.
- Select one or multiple services (hold CTRL to select multiple) from the Available Service(s) column and transfer them to the Assigned Service(s) column using the arrows.
- Click the single right arrow button to move the selected services to the Assigned Service(s) column. Click the double right arrow button to move all the available services to the Assigned Service(s) column.
Select OK then Save if mapping by services.
