The Portal tab of the Client editor displays Agent Desktop settings and the portal customization settings.
Agent Portal Settings:
- Agent Desktop: Default agent ACD (screen) used if not set at the service level.
- Agent to Agent Chat: If selected, enables the Agent chat feature.
- Default Agent Phonebook: Default Agent Phonebook used if not set at the call center or service level.
- Agent Call In Number Groups: Clicking on the link will open the Agent Call In Number Groups configuration interface that allows you to view and manage agent call in numbers.
- Use Agent Desktop Audio: If selected, enables the agent to establish the audio connection using computer audio.
- Use Websockets: If selected, Unified Agent Desktop utilizes WebSockets protocol.
The LiveVox Portal Settings allows you to add your portal's unique image. The icon at the top left of your Voice Portal can be customized with your own unique image. To customize it, click in the image area to choose your image.
Navigate to the required image file and click Save Image. Revert to the original image using the Reset to default image button.
- The dimensions for the image cannot exceed 720px (width) x 540px (height); suggested size is 385px (width) x 108px (height); at a minimum, 128px (width) x 36px (height)
- The resolution for the image should be at least 150 px/inch. 300 px is recommended.
