LiveVox assumes all responsibility for the configuration, due to which the settings are not accessible. This guarantees interoperability with the LiveVox VoIP platform and eliminates accidental changes that could cause your phone to stop working.

    • When you run the program is run for the first time, if prompted, allow your firewall to unblock LVC. To function properly, LVC needs full access to your system.
    • For installation switches, contact the LiveVox VoIP Implementation Team or the LiveVox Customer Care Team.

Starting LVC

When LVC is started, you are prompted to specify your logon credentials, which are provided by LiveVox. These credentials are required to fetch the configuration specific to you from LiveVox.
