The Work Queue Config option under Work Queue in the WFO tab lists all the scheduling, e-learning, coaching, and acknowledgment tasks and their related details. The report captures This option enables you to capture information regarding Task Type, Task Subtype, Subject, Priority, Duration Days, Auto (Rejection/Approval) and Days For (Rejection/Approval). Use the Filter field to narrow the list. For example, type Email to list details of Task Type 'Email'.
