Overview

This document provides a high-level an overview of the new features and enhancements included in to existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox U12 release.

    Logging in to LVP

    To log in to LVP:

    With the introduction of the new version, some older versions of the voice portal and agent desktop are no longer supported:

    The end of support date for platform
    • version 9 is February 29, 2020.
  • After August 31, 2019, LiveVox no longer supports version 8.
  • After March 31, 2019, LiveVox no longer supports version 7
  • After October 30, 2018, LiveVox no longer supports versions 5 and 6.
  • As LiveVox continues to develop standard desktop offerings, custom JSP Integrations will no longer be supported in U12. Your custom desktops will need to

    • Custom JSP integration is not supported since U11. If you are still using a custom desktop, prior to the U12 upgrade, your desktop must be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script,
