Application Programming Interface (API)In LiveVox U15 release, the Chat APIs are planned to be revamped. You will be required to adapt to the new Chat API functionality when it is available.

U13 - U15 upgrade, your desktop must be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script, supports what had been previously supported through a custom integration. For assistance, contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team.
- The Agent Registration Microsoft-based .NET application is not supported
