This document describes the features and functionality of the LiveVox Communicator (LVC) 5.3 tool and explains how to use it.
Prerequisites
As part of the upgrade, your site will be migrated to a new You can use LVC 5.3 only if your site is in the NA3.VA2 environment. Agent Desktop Native (ADN) is not an option, so you must continue using LVC.or NA6 environment.

For a smooth LVC experience, your system must have Internet connectivity and adhere to the following minimal configuration:.

- Save the installation file locally.
Run the installation file.

Note - When you run the program is run for the first time, if prompted, allow your firewall to unblock LVC. To function properly, LVC needs full access to your system.

Do not uninstall the previous version of LVC (SilverCloud version 3.15.2.1) for a week. In case of a rollback, agents can log on to LiveVox as usual.
