The QM Arbitrator Performance Report enables you to view the details of all Work Queue tasks, such as scheduling, e-Learning, coaching, and acknowledgment tasks.

To view QM Arbitrator Report filter the tasks:

  1. Click the Advanced Search () icon.
  2. Enter the Date Filter Option. Choose between Due Date, Completion Date, or Created Date.
  3. Select Date Range or Custom Dates using the radio button.
    • For Date Range, choose an option using the drop-down menu.
    • For Custom Dates, enter the From and To dates.
  4. Select the values for the following filters, values in the following fields as required:
    • Date Range Created By – Select the date range for the reports
    • Tasks – Select the task types
    • Task Status – Select the task status
    • Agents – Select the agents
    • Arbitrator – Select the arbitrator
    • Call Center – Select the required call center
    • Service – Select the required service
    • user.
    • Group By – Select the grouping method.
  5. Select the values from the Available list and move the selected values to the Selected list using the arrow keys.
    • Priority – Select the priority.
    • Status – Select the status.
    • Task Owner – Select the task owner.
    • Type – Select the type.
    • Sub Type – Select the sub type for the Type filter, selected above.
  6. Click Apply. The report displays the information for the fields selected.

To edit a task:

  1. Select a task and double-click.
  2. Click the Comment button to enter a comment for the task. Enter the comment and click Save.
  3. Click the Workflow button and select the workflow from drop-down list.
  4. The Task tab lists all the information about the task. Make any necessary changes and click Save.
  5. Click Delete to delete the task.

    The Comments tab lists all the comments for the particular task. 

    The Change History tab lists the complete history for the particular task.


To export the report:

  1. Click the Export to arrow and select:
    • PDF – To export the report in PDF format.
    • CSV – To export the report in CSV format
  2. Click Search. The report displays the following details:
    • Task ID
    • Agent
    • Assessor
    • Arbitrator
    • Assigned To
    • Task
    • Status
    • Assignment Date
    • Number of Days Required to Complete Task
    • Due Date
    • Completion Date
    • Score
    • Adjusted Score
    • Service
    • Account
    • Phone
    • Campaign
    • Disposition Code
  3. Double-click on the task to view in detail
