Overview

This document provides a high-level an overview of the new features and enhancements included in LiveVox U12. For API, related information, to existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox 12 Early Adoption release.

To log into the LiveVox Voice Portal, follow the procedure below:

Logging on to LVP

To log on to LVP:

  • As LiveVox continues to develop standard desktop offerings, custom JSP Integrations will are no longer be supported in U12. Your Therefore, your custom desktops will need to must be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script will support , supports what previously has had been supported through a custom integration. 
  • The Agent Registration Microsoft based " .NET " application will is no longer be supported in U12. Your custom .NET Agent Registration desktops will need to must be converted to the new LiveVox Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application prior to the U12 upgrade.

It is recommended that you migrate to the latest version of LiveVox release.
