LiveVox’s Keyword Modeling is an intelligent way to identify the keywords that are most commonly used in various interactions. Transcribed interactions are analyzed, and words or phrases are identified based on the usage frequency and their significance in the interaction. They are then divided into logical groups of topics called Keyword Topics. Each Keyword Topic consists of a list of keywords for a specific topic.
