The Work Queue Config report lists all the tasks and their related details. The report captures information regarding Task Type, Task Subtype, Subject, Priority, Duration Days, Auto (Rejection/Approval) and Days For (Rejection/Approval). Use the Filter field to get customize a report for the desired criteria.

- Double-click the task you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the Subject, Priority and Duration Days fields.
- Click Save.
